▌ Brief Introduction

Based in Nanjing, China, Ever-Glory International Group, Inc. is a leading apparel supply chain manager and retailer in China. Ever-Glory is the first Chinese apparel company listed on the American Stock Exchange (now known as NYSE Alternext), and has a focus on middle-to-high grade casual wear, outerwear, and sportswear brands. The Company maintains global strategic partnerships in Europe, the United States, Japan and China, conducting business with a number of well-known brands and retail chain stores. Ever-Glory also operates its own domestic chain of retail stores known as "LA GO GO."  The Company currently has over 100 retail locations in China.

We manufacture our apparel products in the People's Republic of China (PRC) at our three factories located in the Nanjing, China. We conduct our production through three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Goldenway Nanjing Garments Company Limited ("Goldenway"), Nanjing New-Talent Garments Company Limited ("New Talent"), and Nanjing Catch-Luck Garments Co., Ltd. ("Catch-Luck"). We also purchase finished goods from other contract manufacturers. Our current annual production capacity exceeds 12 million pieces.
