The 3 wholly-owned subsidiary companies of Ever-Glory, Goldenway, New Tailun and Catch-Luck are located in Nanjing Jiangning District of mainland, China, where there is convenient transportation and communication. As of June 30, 2008, the three factories had over 1,800 employees.

The use of Lectra and Gerber CAD operation systems has formed a technical data network within the Group, which considerably reduces risks involved in order production.
