We have strategic business partners in Europe, the U.S., Japan and China, including famous brands and retail chain stores. We also operate our own retailing stores "La Go Go" in the domestic market.

We manufacture our apparel products in the People's Republic of China (PRC) at our three factories located in the Nanjing Jiangning Economic and Technological Development Zone and Shangfang Town in the Jiangning District in Nanjing, China. We conduct our production through three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Goldenway Nanjing Garments Company Limited ("Goldenway"), Nanjing New-Tailun Garments Company Limited ("New Tailun"), and Nanjing Catch-Luck Garments Co., Ltd. ("Catch-Luck"). We also purchase finished goods from other contract manufacturers. Now we have an annual production capacity of over 12 million pieces.
